Extension Period
There will be no payment extention periods given unless accepted in writing by Zodiac Automation and Security cc (Zodiac).

Price Adjustments
The entire electrical installation as specified within these documents and if any accompanying drawings shall be adjusted for price in accordance with the prevailing rate and also following:
Materials: SEIFSA Formula: Table G - Materials10% fixed,90% subject to adjustment
Labour: SEIFSA Formula: Table C3- Actual labour cost: 10% fixed, 90% subject to adjustment.

Validity
This offer will remain open for acceptance for a period of 14 days from the date hereon and thereafter would be subject to confirmation or if the Rand/Dollar/Pound currency index changes.
The period between the acceptance date of the quotation and the finalisation of the installation shall not exceed 60 days. In the event that the period exceeds 60 days, the quotation will be amended based on the prevailing rate. ZODIAC reserves the right in its sole discretion to adjust any prices quoted herein and the customer agrees to meet the revised.
